Request to delete your Alprivo account and associated data.
After signing in to the Alprivo app, go to Reports > Farm and account and press the Account deletion request button. The request is linked to your account and the process begins.
If you cannot access the app, you can send an account-deletion request to the support address, stating the email used on your account.
Some operation records may be retained for a limited time or anonymized for legal obligations, security review, store purchase verification, and abuse prevention.
Requests are processed within a reasonable time after verification. If additional verification is needed, contact is made via the support email.
