Privacy Policy
Alprivo is a herd and farm management app provided by the individual developer Alperen Yıldız.

Collected Data
- Account information: email, full name, and optional phone.
- Farm information: farm name, country, currency, membership, and role information.
- Herd records: animal tag, extra tag, category, birth date, status, notes, and operation history.
- Task and event records: vaccine, treatment, insemination, pregnancy check, calving, dry-off, milk production, and similar.
- Purchase verification: Google Play / App Store purchase proof, subscription status, and verification result.
- Security logs: session, activation, error review, and audit logs.
Purposes of Use
- To create an account, sign in, and verify the user's identity.
- To let the user manage their own farm, animal, task, milk, and event records.
- To verify subscription or purchase status and bind a purchase only to the relevant account.
- To keep records for security, support, error review, abuse prevention, and legal obligations.
Sharing
Alprivo does not sell data to ad networks and does not perform ad tracking. Data is stored on the Supabase infrastructure for the app to function. Google Play and the Apple App Store are used only for purchase and subscription verification.
Retention and Deletion
Active account and farm data are kept as long as the user account exists. After a deletion request is verified, the account and associated farm data are deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except for records that must be retained for legal and security purposes.
Security
Alprivo uses Supabase Row Level Security policies so that each user can access only the data of the farm they belong to. Purchase verification is done on the trusted server side.
