Account Deletion

Request deletion of your Alprivo account and related data

In-App Request

After signing in to Alprivo, go to Report > Farm and account, then tap Account deletion request. The request is linked to your account and the deletion process starts.

Request by Email

If you cannot access the app, send an account deletion request to support and include the email address used for your account.

Data Deleted

Account profile and contact information.
Farm membership and farm data.
Animal, task, event, and milk records.

Records That May Be Retained

Some transaction records may be retained for a limited period or anonymized when required for legal obligations, security reviews, purchase verification, or abuse prevention.

Timing

Requests are processed within a reasonable period after verification. If additional verification is needed, we will contact you by support email.
