Identity
Alprivo is a herd and farm management app provided by individual developer Alperen Yıldız. Contact: support@alprivo.app.
Data We Collect
- Account data: email address, full name, and optional phone number.
- Farm data: farm name, country, currency, membership, and role information.
- Herd records: animal ear tags, additional ear tags, category, birth date, status, notes, and operational history.
- Task and event records: vaccination, treatment, insemination, pregnancy check, calving, dry-off, milk production, and similar farm records.
- Purchase verification data: Google Play or App Store purchase proof, subscription status, and verification result.
- Security records: session, activation, error review, and audit logs.
How We Use Data
- To create accounts, sign users in, and verify user identity.
- To let users manage their own farms, animals, tasks, milk records, and events.
- To verify subscription or purchase status and bind one purchase to one user account.
- To support security, customer support, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
Sharing
Alprivo does not sell user data to advertising networks and does not use advertising tracking. Data is stored in Supabase infrastructure to operate the app. Google Play and Apple App Store are used only for purchase and subscription verification.
Retention and Deletion
Active account and farm data is retained while the user account remains active. After a verified account deletion request, account data and related farm data are deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except for limited records that must be retained for legal or security purposes.
Security
Alprivo uses Supabase Row Level Security policies so users can access only the farm data for farms they belong to. Purchase verification is handled on a trusted server side.
