Summary
Your information is used to operate the app, protect the account, verify purchase status, and provide support.
- Alprivo does not sell your information to advertising networks and does not perform advertising tracking.
- Access controls are intended to limit users to records belonging to farms where they are members.
- You can start an account and information deletion request in the app or through support.
Information collected
Depending on the features you use, the following account, operation, and transaction information may be maintained.
- Account information: email, full name, and optional phone number.
- Farm information: farm name, country, currency, membership, and role details.
- Herd records: animal tag, secondary tag, category, birth date, status, notes, and operation history.
- Task and event records: vaccination, treatment, insemination, pregnancy check, calving, dry-off, milk production, and similar entries.
- Purchase verification: Google Play or App Store purchase evidence, subscription status, and verification result.
- Security records: session, activation, error-review, and audit records.
Purposes of use
Information is processed only for the described product, security, support, and legal-requirement purposes.
- Create an account, sign in, and verify the user's identity.
- Let the user manage their own farm, animal, task, milk, and event records.
- Verify subscription or purchase status and associate a purchase with the relevant account.
- Keep records for security, support, error review, abuse prevention, and legal obligations.
Retention and deletion
Active account and farm information is kept while the user account exists. After a deletion request is verified, the account and related farm information is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except for records that must be retained for legal and security purposes.

- Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
Security
Alprivo applies access controls intended to let each user reach only records for farms where they are a member. Purchase verification runs through protected services.
- Do not share your account password or verification codes with anyone.
- If you notice a suspicious session or operation, write to the official support address.
