Privacy Policy

Summary

Your information is used to operate the app, protect the account, verify purchase status, and provide support.

• Alprivo does not sell your information to advertising networks and does not perform advertising tracking.
• Access controls are intended to limit users to records belonging to farms where they are members.
• You can start an account and information deletion request in the app or through support.

Information collected

Depending on the features you use, the following account, operation, and transaction information may be maintained.

• Account information: email, full name, and optional phone number.
• Farm and app settings: farm name, country, currency, membership, role, language and the device-reported time-zone name. The time zone is used to display dates and reminders correctly; GPS or precise location is not collected.
• Herd records: animal tag, secondary tag, category, birth date, status, notes, and operation history.
• Animal photos: optional animal profile photos you add from the camera or photo library.
• Task and event records: vaccination, treatment, insemination, pregnancy check, calving, dry-off, milk production, and similar entries.
• Business finance records: income, expense, debt, or receivable you enter optionally, with amount, category, person or company name, and note.
• Purchase verification: Google Play or App Store purchase evidence, subscription status, and verification result.
• Network and approximate-region information: the IP address in standard network and security records, and the approximate region inferred from it. GPS or precise location is not collected.
• Security records: session, activation, error-review, and audit records.
• In-app usage measurement: from version 1.2.4 onward the app records that a limited set of steps happened (for example opening the plans screen, opening the add-animal form, saving the first animal, the reason code when a record is rejected, or an error code), linked to your account and farm, in Alprivo's own database. A record contains only the step name, short predefined codes, numeric technical measures (for example local cache size and record counts), the platform, the operating-system, browser-component and app versions, and the time; it does not contain data about individual animals, ear-tag numbers, notes or free text. This information is not sent to third-party analytics or advertising services; it is used only to improve the app and find errors.

Purposes of use

Information is processed only for the described product, security, support, and legal-requirement purposes.

• Create an account, sign in, and verify the user's identity.
• Let the user manage their own farm, animal, task, milk, and event records.
• Verify subscription or purchase status and associate a purchase with the relevant account.
• Keep records for security, support, error review, abuse prevention, and legal obligations.
• Improve the app and find errors using limited in-app usage measurement.

Sharing and service providers

Older-version diagnostics during the transition: version 1.2.1 and earlier clients that are still distributed may send automatic app-session health information to Sentry. When an error occurs, limited preceding click or form interaction, page or route, network-request, and console history may also be attached to the error record. Screen recording and advertising tracking are not performed.

Diagnostic transition: In version 1.2.2 and later, only limited technical error information is sent to Sentry when an actual software error occurs; user, farm, and animal data, free-form error messages, request bodies and headers, cookies, URL paths, and interaction history are not sent. The old Sentry client key used by version 1.2.1 is disabled. This change does not mean that previously recorded error events or provider backups have been deleted.

Alprivo does not sell your information to advertising networks and does not perform advertising tracking. Only the information required to run the service is shared with the providers below.

These providers may operate servers outside Turkey. Transfers are made under applicable data protection rules and the required contractual safeguards.

• Supabase: authentication, database, animal photo storage, and server functions.
• Cloudflare: delivery of the public alprivo.app site and its privacy and support pages only. Your farm records are held in Supabase, not in Cloudflare.
• Google and Apple: optional Google sign-in and Sign in with Apple on iOS; app distribution and store subscription verification/management.
• Sentry: error and crash diagnostics. From 1.2.2 onward only limited technical error information is sent; older 1.2.1 and earlier clients may have different diagnostic behavior until the transition is complete.
• Brevo: service, support, and account deletion notification emails.
• Records required by law may be shared with authorized public bodies when a legal obligation applies.

Retention and deletion

Account and farm records are kept while your account is active, or as long as needed for the service and legal obligations. When a verified account-deletion request is processed, your account and application records linked to the farm you own are deleted. In-app usage measurement records are removed by a daily cleanup once they are older than 180 days; when your account is deleted, these records are deleted as well. Non-identifying technical proof of deletion and summaries needed for legal, payment or security purposes may be kept only as necessary. • Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
• PDF or Excel report exports are created on your own device; once you share them, control is yours.

Security

Alprivo applies access controls intended to let each user reach only records for farms where they are a member. Purchase verification runs through protected services.

• Do not share your account password or verification codes with anyone.
• If you notice a suspicious session or operation, write to the official support address.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in personal data protection law, you may have the following rights over your own information.

• Learn whether your information is processed and access it.
• Ask for it to be corrected, deleted, or destroyed.
• Learn the parties your information has been transferred to.
• Object to an automated assessment and ask for damages to be remedied.
• You can send your request to [email protected]. Your right to apply to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority is reserved.
