What do you record?

Operation type, animal, and date meet in the same event record.

  • Animal-level vaccination and a bulk-vaccination selection for the same farm operation.
  • Treatment and examination records with related notes on the animal profile.
  • Reminder, repeat, or check tasks when the relevant protocol is enabled.
  • Upcoming, overdue, and completed work context in Tasks.

Keep a health record in three steps

Animal selection, the actual operation, and follow-up stay in one flow.

Choose an animal or group

Open one animal profile, or use multi-selection in the herd screen to choose animals for a bulk vaccination.

Record the completed work

Match the vaccination, treatment, or examination entry to the operation and date used on the farm, adding an animal note when useful.

Separate follow-up work

When its protocol is enabled, find the repeat or check task in the agenda and distinguish upcoming work from overdue work.

What can you review later?

Records and tasks connect prior and subsequent work for the same animal.

  • See vaccination, treatment, and examination events in date order on the animal profile.
  • Read repeat operations alongside pending checks for the same animal.
  • Review herd-level entries for a selected period in the vaccination report.
  • Separate overdue and upcoming health work from the Tasks views.

Operator notes

The app records work and organizes the agenda. It does not diagnose, select treatment, or prescribe clinical timing.

Vaccination and treatment questions

Short answers about bulk records, follow-up tasks, and clinical boundaries.

Can I record a bulk vaccination?

Yes. Multi-selection in the herd screen supports a bulk-vaccination flow for selected animals.

Does every record create a check task?

No. Follow-up work is created only when the relevant agenda protocol is enabled.

Does a protocol replace veterinary guidance?

No. Protocols organize farm work; your veterinarian's plan remains authoritative for clinical decisions and action.
